The school chaplaincy is a department in student welfare and the whole family of Moi Girls High School-Vokoli. Its objective is based on the mission and the vision of the school. The main goal is to offer pastoral care to all students and staff members irrespective of their religion, race and social background.
The department offers spiritual guidance and counseling to all students and staff. It also coordinates the students and staff religious spiritual activities in the school. The chaplaincy department operates and offers services such as;
- Organizing prayer services to students and staff in the school.
- Conducting prayers and dedication in the school.
- Coordinating religious activities e.g. Rallies, Workshops and Bible trivia.
- Offering pastoral and spiritual counseling to students and staff.
- Printing resourceful materials for religious teachings e.g. bible study guides.
Also when it comes to education we partner with all the departments available in the school to focus holistically in the common interest of the student. It is well understood that with joint efforts, work becomes easier. Chaplaincy department also partner with the staff in teaching life skills which in turn helps the students to;
